We moved my daughter to Calgary on August 7! Our plan was to stay there for a week and help her clean and set up her apt. The next day we were thinking about Chinese food for supper! One of her friends who lives in Calgary suggested we try this restaurant! We walked in and we were greeted by the hostess/server who was very friendly! We were seated and ice waters, a beverage menu and food menus were promptly brought to us! ☺️ The server came back took our drink order and was back before we knew it with them. We had some questions about some of the items on the menu and she was very helpful! We orderd Pineapple sweet and sour pork, Shanghai chow mein, honey garlic beef short ribs, Peking style pork, fried rice and hot and sour soup! The food came out quickly despite the fact it was quite busy for a Tuesday night! It was hot and delicious! The meat was so tender, hot and sour soup was hands down the best I ever had and not too spicy! The pineapple sweet and sour pork and the Peking style pork are some of the best Asian meat dishes I've ever tried! Portions were also big! Took a fair bit home for the next couple days! While eating the owner came around and asked how everything was which we found to be very nice! All in all 10/10! We went back home but my daughter now lives there and will tell all her friends and this will definitely be one of her favourite spots to go eat😋

Horrible owner. The cashier I bet she is the owner is mad all the time been there for 7 times and every time she has not greet us and no thank you at all even I tipped. Waitress are stressed out bc mean owner. Service is average to bad. I don't blame the waitress but owner. Meant are mainly noodle, congee which have higher profits. There is a sub-menu(dinner menu) but at lunch time we ordered from the dinner menu(so called dinner menu, it is a menu with actually meat dishes, main courses), waitress pushed us to order from the noodle soup menu. We couldn't have just 4 dishes of soup noodles. We wanted some meat. Seem like waitress were told by owner get people to order from more profitable menu, which is only noodle soup or congee. Not impressed! Won't go back.
