I've been a customer since Renee's opened. But the last two times I've had their food it has been bad. No sauce in their delivery items, overcooked fried rice and Mongolian Beef so full of gristle and fat it could not be chewed. Also fried prawns so greasy that the oil must not have been hot enough. I'm a retiree living on social security and ordering a delivered dinner is a luxury for me so receiving badly prepared food twice is enough for me and I will go elsewhere in the future.

I order from Renee's all the time. The food has been good. However, tonight I bit into a piece of metal in the chow mien. I called Renee's. The guy was rude and refused to refund my $9.00 unless I brought the food back. Seriously! They lost us as customers.

Amazing food, fast and friendly service - and did I mention they are DELICIOUS!? They also deliver! I think they have the best hot and sour soup I've ever had.
