Arecibo catered a party for me recently, and their menu was a hit with all the guests. From the roast pork to the papas rellenos and cheesecake, everything was delicious and well-received. I was pleasantly surprised by the flavors of Puerto Rican cuisine, and have since tried various dishes like tostones, fish fritters, guava empanadas, and more, all of which were fresh, flavorful, and reasonably priced.
