Good Food

I have been here in the past and have had an amazing experience. My family and I came here in hopes of celebrating my birthday.

We arrived a little after 11 AM and the doors were still locked. When the waitress Ruby unlocked the door she did not greet us and did not even let us know the door was unlocked.

Once we arrived inside we were not seated and sat ourselves. As she passed out the menus she rudely slammed them on the table. Once she came back with our food she rudely slammed the plates on the table and then walked away without saying a word.

I am truly appalled at the lack of customer service provided here. The food is delicious, but I will never come back to tolerate such poor and disrespectful behavior. I also tried calling to try and get my concerns heard, however no one answered.

this visit was my 3rd in 2 months & the Mexican seafood is always consistent. this is the best Mariscos north of Sac, if your tired of wasting your money for seafood in Chico drive 10 minutes west to Hamilton city, you will enjoy great Mexican seafood😘
