The food truck I visited sets up every Sunday at William Land Park from 9am to 1pm, being the sole vendor at the farmers market during my visit. Aromatic Indian spices wafted through the air as I approached, drawing me in to try their chicken tikka masala. The flavorful sauce had just the right level of heat, though the chicken itself was slightly overcooked for my taste. The vegetarian samosas, although hard on the outside, had a deliciously spiced filling that paired well with both the mint chutney and the masala sauce. Overall, the experience was enjoyable, and I look forward to returning to explore more of their menu, especially the tempting lamb biryani rice.
