The Indian restaurant, located in a gas station in a remote area, had a simple setup but offered delicious home-style food. The rotis were fresh, the curry dishes were flavorful, and the hand-wash sinks in the bathrooms were clean. I cannot comment on the toilets as I didn't use them, but overall, the experience was satisfying and I would stop by again when traveling that route.
