We went to get a plate and they had food on them, they weren't washed good omg !!

Don't lose your receipt people! My family and I had the worst experience at this buffet tonight. My parents arrived a few minutes later than my kids and I so we paid and got seated first. My mom and dad followed 10 minutes later and also paid at the front with the cashier and then was seated with us. My mom , bless her heart, puts her receipt down on the table and leaves to grab food. The server , in her mad rush to swipe all the plates off our table every 5 minutes must have grabbed my parents receipt underneath one of the plates. This server eventually comes back to ask for this damn receipt to check and see if they paid for drinks. My parents only wanted water., the server gives them a dirty look and leaves . 10 minutes later, the server comes back with a tall Asian man (that later calls himself the supervisor) and once again asks for the receipt claiming they just want to make sure they didn't pay for drinks. My mom tells them again the receipt must have gotten tossed along with the plates the server keeps picking up. So they leave again. Another 10 minutes pass and this damn supervisor comes back asks my mom for the receipt AGAIN and my mom tells him for the 100th time that she doesn't have it , must have gotten thrown away, so this jerk asks her to pull up her online transactions is she paid with a bank card to see if she really did pay! What nerve! I finally got up and went with my mom to the front register to argue with this guy. He embarrasses my mom to the extreme, and when he knows how angry my mom and I both are and arguing with him he tried to dismiss us by saying "it's ok, don't worry" . I answer back "it's too late, don't worry?!, you've been embarrassing and questioning my mom for half an hour at our table in front of everyone!" All for a $20 receipt on 2 senior citizen priced meals (which by the way they didn't even actually give them their senior citizen discount) , for bland, plain tasting Chinese food and with servers that hardly know how to speak English. Plus, all the servers there are so cold , they don't smile , they don't greet you , the way they come by to pick up your plates as if they wanna hit you with the silverware. This place is unbelievable. Never again will we step foot in this horrible buffet. The worst people work there. And that's a lot for me to say considering I'm also Asian. There was no customer service there at all. TERRIBLE
