The food at La Hacienda in Corning was absolutely delicious, from the complementary ceviche with nachos to the grilled fish and shrimp burrito. The dining room was clean and welcoming, and the staff was friendly and attentive. I enjoyed the unique twist of having ceviche with chips instead of salsa, making it a standout experience.
