First time at buffet, lobster crab and prime rib were so over cooked there was no flavor, cooked the flavor right out of it . The buffet offered very little to choose from. And take your own horseradish, I almost choked to death on theirs it was so hot would hate for a child to get a hold of it. All in all we were really disappointed in the preparation of the food. The 3 stars is for the servers, they were awesome. Hopefully the regular chef was just unavailable that night. Sad
