I would love to tell you how the food was, but unfortunately, I never had a chance to eat it. My husband and I had tickets to the Opera House and planned to meet friends at 7:15pm. We ordered our food at 6:23pm-two sandwiches and one order of fries. At 7:00pm we still had not received our food and when I checked, the order had not been started. I do not understand why it would take so long to make a couple of sandwiches. At this point I told the cashier that we had to leave and asked for my money back. After consulting with another employee, the cashier refunded me in full. On the plus side, we were not charged for our drinks, which we drank during the 35 minutes we were waiting. So, I would suggest that unless you have unlimited time, find somewhere else to go. This incident left a "bad taste in my mouth," which is too bad, because my husband loves cheesesteak.
