The only reason I gave it one star was because of the sweet server, poor girl. I ordered taco salad, was supposed to come with meat, cheese, sour cream,etc.... Everyone else at the table had their food, I had to wait for mine, had hardly any meat, NO cheese, no sour cream. When I sent it back, was accused of eating the meat. This is literally the worst restaurant I've ever eaten at.

We eat at Kopper Kettle on a regular basis. Bing is very friendly as well as the rest of her staff. Food is always great.

Who is that horrible Asian woman running around the restaurant talking with every man with sexual overtones! They call her Bing! If she's the owner she might want to focus more on her food than flirting with customers! Lousy, greasy, foul food!

Wife had a bad experience at the Kopper Kettle. She was there with some friends, her order was wrong & it took until all her friends finished eating to get her food. Then she gave the waitress her ATM card to pay, which promptly was lost. Couldn't be found in the restaurant so the ATM card was quickly cancelled. Happily no fraudulent charges got on the card before it was cancelled
