I was kept waiting for approximately 20 minutes in the parking lot for my drive-thru order. I had to enter the restaurant to inquire about my order and the power greens I ordered were no yet made. I asked for a refund and the sales clerk attending to me went to the back to speak to someone.I imagine it was the shift manager but that person never came out to provide an explanation or an apology for the wait. After waiting 5 more minutes for my refund or my order, my order was finally ready. In addition, the times, whether in the AM or PM, I have visited PE in El Centro, they don't have certain menu items prepared (power greens, green bean chicken) and I am kept waiting in the parking lot. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
