I use to love going to Punjani Dhanba until the owner (lady) threw a fit over a small mis communication betwwen her and the waiter. My family and I went there for lunch today and apparently my brother in law. paid for lunch soon after I asked the lady I wanted to place an order to go. SHE charged me $45 for rice n chicken tikka masala. When I questioned her, she threw a fit and said "did you forget you ate buffet" I told her its been taken care of and I'm paying for the seperate order and the buffet is paid for. She didn't believe me and charged the full buffet plus order to go. I told her to credit the account she started to get defensive and stated I confused her and I don't trust that you all paid... as an owner of a restaurant she has such a bad customer service and very unprofessional.. now I have to call my bank and deal with unauth charge...shes rude and from now on I'm not recommending any of my family member to go there..
