Purchased 2 soft tacos and a soft drink from the Red Bluff California Taco Bell via the drive through. When I got home (4 miles away) I had a burrito and no tacos. Called and was told "yes, we messed up and your tacos are here" we told them that are too far away from town to come back in and was told they would honor it when we did make it into town. Stop today to pick them up and was told "store policy will only honor their mistakes the same day" so I'm screwed out of the cost of 2 tacos. Not the 1st time the store has screwed up orders and we can be sure that won't be the last.

Terrible service took 30 minutes to get our food and we only ordered two items. Don't waste your time or money on this sh-t hole!!!

A crunchy taco means a crunchy taco.... NOT a soft taco. How about a napkin or two for people who eat in their car ??? 4 times now I have gotten a soft taco supreme when I ordered a crunchy one. Even says crunchy on the screen when they ask me if my order looks correct! I know we're all stressed out during this time, but I also go to work every day and am held accountable for the work I am PAziD to perform. Come on, it's not rocket science.
