The pozole verde at the restaurant was incredibly delicious and satisfying, leaving me with leftovers for more meals. The menudo my husband ordered was also impressive in size and flavor, while the service and ambiance added to the overall enjoyable dining experience.

I had a horrible experience with a piece of metal in my food.
When I come into town every weekend I either dine in or I order out. Yesterday I ordered two chicken salads to go. I began eating my Salad and around the fourth bite, I bit something hard and hurt my tooth, at first I thought it was a bone, took it out of my mouth and I was shocked to see it was a piece of metal. YES a piece of metal in my chicken Salad. it was a pretty good size. I put it back in the container and returned to the restaurant and showed it to the waitress that was working at the register, she said she was going to show it to the manager and I told her to tell him I want the metal back. The manager comes up and is holding a fryer basket and said it came off if this and showed me, I then asked him how it got into my chicken salad! He said that he did not know! That maybe when they deep fry chips in the morning that somehow it went in with the chips. I didn't have any chips in my taco salad. THEN......... He was handing me back my chicken salad!!!!!!!! YES!!!! After everyone had there hands in it! I told him I didn't want it. I just wanted to know how that could happen! He just shrugged his shoulders and said sorry, like nothing, didn't offer to give me my money back. Just shrugged his shoulders. Today I called to talk to the owner and the girl that answered the phone said he was there and she went to go get him, but it was someone who said he didn't speak English, I began to speak Spanish and asked if he was the owner and he kept responding with (What do you want) then I asked again, and again he asked (What do you want), I asked him if he was the owner that I would like to speak to the owner and he asked me ( What do you want him for). I told him I would call back.
I cannot believe the manager!
I cannot believe the person on the phone!
All I know is that I will never ever go back.
Managers need people skills.
