I first tried to send my complaint privately to JITB.com, but they wouldn't accept my problem. I agree with several reviews on yelp. When I have gone over the years, I rarely have a problem. But when my friend, a person of color, goes for me, they are messed with. They are suddenly out of things, the order is wrong and/or it is doubly cooked hard as a rock. No receipt is given either. They cant get food here. I can't get food at the Popeye's across the street. You are better off just avoiding this area.
