We dined at KK this week. The seating was only half full But we waited 30 minutes for our food while others that came after us were served. The folks in a nearby table wondered where food was also. We asked our server where or food was, she produced it immediately. Both of our plates were cold. I mentioned it to our server and she said she would tell the Mgr. When we went to pay there at 6 plates waiting to be picked up. Our server AND the Mgr were standing in front of the plates chatting. We signaled another server to pay our bill and she seemed to be aware of the two just standing. She was embarrassed and suggested we tell the Mgr, but the Mgr was busy laughing and chatting w/our server who we told our food was cold. We have been dining here for 7 years and this keeps happening. We won't be back!
