I am very disappointed in the big crumby slimey Big Juan's burritos I ordered yesterday. Too salty and slimey and worthless

Food is ok but the prices are very high and then they charged 25 dollars for tip on a take out order. When I ordered over the phone they never mentioned they would charge that !!
