I have gone to the original Stars for years, never had a problem and the burgers were grass fed beef. No more, Since the new owners have taken over it's gone down hill. About a month or so ago I had my long time fav, chicken pita. Got home and it was terrible, little bitty piece of chicken, badly put together and very little ingredients. A week ago I ordered a Club sandwich. I'd never had one before and will never have one again. A club sandwich is made w/ 3 pieces of bread but not at Stars. I had asked that no cheese be included. It was a sandwich on a hamburger bun with a mini piece of chicken, 2 small pieces of bacon and 1 slice of tomato and MELTED CHEESE over everything. $7.50. I threw it out.A few days ago I went there with my son and I told the woman behind the counter about the club sandwich and she just said that she was sorry and that was it. I ordered a burger with grilled onion. I got home and it was loaded with mustard altho on the slip she had written "no mustard". And now I've learned the beef is not grass fed. No more Stars for me. I will be posting this on line.

The lady I spoke on the phone with was incredible rude. For the price of a burger honestly should be treated better. I have been going to stars Atleast twice a month since 1990 and I or my family will not return. The unprofessional attitude was too much to handle. A person working in food industry need to understand if no business no job. Extremely disappointed
