I have tried the chicken several times now It is extremely tough and hard to cut with a steak knife. The portions seem to always be about the same size and I wonder if they come in frozen and then microwaved and not given a chance to thaw out prior to grilling. They are usually not very hot and barely warm to the touch. Being a cook most of my life and having a certified culinary arts teaching certificate I know how to cook a chicken. I hope that the cooks can figure out what is wrong with this chewy problem and solve it.

Unfortunately I am writing my first bad review. It was on Valentine's Day. I ordered rib steak (rare).
When I got it, the steak was completely cold, at least 1/4 of fat, full of gristle on the rest. It had barely any color on the outside. My steak knife wouldn't even cut through it. I have ordered this same steak many times before and it cooked to perfection. Yes, I should have sent it back, but the place was packed (Valentine's day).
I will still go back someday but probably order something else.

Exceptional food. By fat my favorite place to go. Great waitresses as well as food. Bringing my family for a birthday dinner.

We had reservations for 8p.m. after Willits High School graduation. They were out of Prime rib which was disappointing so we ordered steaks, scallops etc... The graduates had to leave before their meals arrived ,in order to make it to their "sober grad party" We did not receive our meals until 9:30!. The meat was cold, some steaks couldn't be cut!! VERY DISAPPOINTED! I don't know if we'll be back!
