Casa Ramos in Corning, CA has become my go-to spot for authentic Mexican cuisine. The carne asada is a classic favorite of mine, perfectly paired with a refreshing draft Pacifico. Each visit guarantees hot and fresh dishes, served with impeccable attention from the friendly staff. It's a wonderful dining experience that never fails to satisfy my cravings for delicious Mexican fare.
