came here about 3 years ago, had great food and service. was excited to come back tonight but was immediately disappointed from the moment we walked through the door. we were not greeted and waited awkwardly at the front door to be acknowledged. we were told to choose our own seats. the only clean table for 4 was sandwiched between 2 other tables, leaving us with little breathing room or arm space. we were handed what looked like their take-home menus, disposable paper tri-fold menus with vague descriptions. we waited almost an hour for our dinner. 2 of us ordered hamburgers but the cooks confused them with each other so we were served horribly mismatched cold burgers that could not have been more ruined. the fish and chips were nowhere near worth the money, neither was the french dip sandwich. service was awful, almost non-existent. no smiles, no hellos, no sincerity, and no apologies for the mix-ups. we were surprised to see that our bill was compensated $10 because we did not vocalize our complaints to anyone. the $10 comp will not keep us from staying far far away from this restaurant.
