My parents were in town for Christmas. We decided to take a trip up the mountain to play in the snow today, the day after Christmas.
After getting done playing we drove back down the hill in to town to find a place to eat. The sign outside this place listed a few things that sounded good to us, so we stopped in. I asked what was on the Philly Cheese-steak Sandwich, I was told it had Onions, Green, Red and Yellow Bell Peppers, Swiss Cheese and Steak. I then ordered the Philly with "no onions, no peppers, and cheddar cheese. I want just the steak and cheese". After a few other family members ordered, my step dad ordered as well. He asked the same question, what was on the philly. He was told it had Yellow, Red, and Green Bell Peppers, and Onions. He then ordered his with "no veggies".
When the food came, I opened my sandwich to put salt and pepper inside of it. I found it had mushrooms. My step dads did not. I took the plate up to the counter. The lady who took our order was busy taking someone elses, but there was another lady back there. I got her attention and told her it had mushrooms, but was supposed to just have steak and cheese. She took the sandwich and I went to sit down.
30 seconds later she brought my sandwich back to me, and told me he (the cook/boss) said I am going to have to pick them off. My first reaction was "Excuse me??".
After questioning this, she told me I'd have to go talk to him. I went to the counter to talk to him, he told me yes he did say that, and that I ordered it with No Onions and No Peppers, I didn't order no mushrooms. I told him the lady didn't tell me it had mushrooms, I asked what it had on it. he didn't care. He told me he's not making another sandwich, and I can just take them off. They refunded the money for my meal, but this was the absolute worst service I've ever had. Where does a company get off talking to the customer that way?

I live 10 minutes away and it is my favorite place to go to eat. The burgers are pure beef and each dish is prepared with large, delicious portions. He makes great fish and ribs and an assortment of sandwiches.He has an ice cream stand inside the shop, and also sells beer and wine. There is also outdoor patio dining.
If you are headed to Pincrest or Nevada via Hwy 108 I highly recommend Andy's, but don't blink too long, you might miss it.
