Carol's has wonderful service

Almost forgot, they decided not to give me a refund after all until I made a slight scene. Finally refund finished, I get in the car and check the refund receipt to find they only refunded me $5 !!???? Fortunately I had the sense to take back my $10 tip when I had the chance. It is very sad when an establishment chooses to employ people that really bring them down by dragging them through the mud. Only thing missing was finding a hair in the food, but since I couldn't even eat this SLOP I could have just MISS ED THE HAIR.
