The breakfast experience in Hollister is truly exceptional, with a warm country atmosphere and friendly staff that always make me feel welcome. The food is consistently delicious, from the incredible pancakes to the hearty huevos rancheros, and I find myself returning often to enjoy the generous portions and inviting vibe.

We are out of towner's and have on two occasions stopped by the Country Rose. The wait persons have been pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed our breakfast and chatting with the locals who seem to enjoy this Cafe as much as we have. We will be coming back the next time we are in town.
