The experience was horrible. It's my girlfriends birthday celebration with her family and I tried making a "call ahead" or reservation at Chili's Canton location for a party of 12. I called two days in advance, then the day before, and the day before I was told they don't take reservations, but "call ahead's". The girl on the phone said to call in the morning when they opened the day of, in order to get a table "on hold". I call at 1pm and the party gathering was for 6pm. I tell the guy I spoke to on the phone about what the girl mentioned the day before. He just repeated what she said, then asked for my name and phone number to only hang up with an attitude. I received an automated text saying I can track the status of the "hold". It's 5:55pm and half of our party arrives at the restaurant. We wait patiently in-line to talk to the host, only to find that multiple parties were ahead of us and the staff didn't care about the horrible service they just provided. They asked what we wanted to do and we said never come here again, we are going somewhere else. If I could give this a negative star review I would.
