We visited the Subway behind the mall in Canton last night. There were two guys working. They seemed to be having a problem with each other. We waited and no one said a thing to us so we left. We then visited the Subway on Whipple Avenue. I will say that it was 6:30 when we arrived and the girl working had an attitude when we walked in. She very slowly made our order with a disgusting attitude and when she finally finished and began to ring it up;, she told us we had to leave because she was closing at 7:00. We know that it is very difficult times and it is hard to get people who want to work, let alone good help. There is no excuse for the attitudes your employees have. The Subway on Southway is always very cordial unless the manager is there and she is very difficult to work with too..We love Subway, but are extremely upset with the attitudes you get in your stores. I know this probably won't go anywhere, just an FYI what is going on in your stores.
