Heard about this place and decided to try it on a Saturday night. Went in and was embarrassed by the staff because I didn't have a reservation. Wasn't aware of their policy and was looked down at me like I was some sort of low life. Never going her again. Glad some drunk put them out of business

Husband and I arrived at 4:45 with no reservation. We were taken to a round table right beside a large table occupied by 12 people. There were no other people in the room. We asked for another table where it would be more quiet, as my husband has a hearing loss and cannot hear conversation when there is background noise.....We were told ALL other tables were reserved, but no one showed up in that room as we left....we also noticed there were many tables free in the other room of the restaurant. Both hostess and waiter never smiled or seemed to be happy with their jobs. This WAS my favorite restaurant, but we will not be going there again.....

Extremely good food. Service was very good. Every celebration is spent at Sylvesters.

Food was very good Management extremely rude. Would not recommend. Wanted to make a comment on the tel phone and was hung up on.
