The food is consistently delicious, and even when it's busy, the vibe is enjoyable. While the service is quick, it's a bit awkward when tips are requested before you even sit down. The weekend buffet offers plenty of warm options for $18.99, and despite a couple of hiccups, I'll definitely be back for the great food and attentive servers.

I've been eating here since they opened always a good experience sometimes it's a little crowded but it's well worth it.

I work weekends in canton and Katana is my stop every week.
I enjoy different food each week .
Only thing I miss is the have a new shushi guy and he not good.
The older shushi guy had a different verity of sushi and it was well made and didn't fall apart
I have noticed that there business has slowed down over the pas year.
I do believe it has to do with the shushi guy not being there anymore.
They use to line up and had to wait and could order special
Shushi if you wanted from him and that does not exist anymore.
I have asked the new kid and he juSt says NO.
Other then that I still go there cause th food is good and I know the waitresses.

We love the food but the service is awful....they are very rude....they refuse to give us our pop until we promised to tip the big....then they stand at your table and watch to make sure you leave a tip...one lady tried to tell me how much tip to give her...when I refused she grabbed my arm and shook her finger in my face screaming to never come back...I called but was never able to speak to a manager....I should have called the cops when she grabbed me but im not a trouble maker.

We come here bc it the kids favorite spot to go to and each time we come here it's a problem w the same lady and how we sit we always ask to sit at a 8 table which it shouldn't matter bc just like today we been in here and only one group of people has came into this restaurant it's a shame how the head waiter handings things and talks hits her hands together and everything gets in a group with the workers and talk mess about how we ask to sit at a bigger table it'll be different if it was packed or if it was reserved for someone else and it's empty in her and there is still a whole other side the head waiters customers service is terrible unprofessional and she's plan disrespectful
We try not to come her bc each time it's only her that acts like this and yelling while others are eating outrageous

whilst' the food here was great, the service was some of the worst that I have seen around! We went there for a meal following a funeral, and the staff was beyond rude and very unaccommodating! Each of the families paid for their own meals, and they kept us rounded up and kept shouting at everyone until all the people had been rung up, then they took us over to the side of the restaurant and kept yelling at everyone to sit down even though they were still moving tables together. The manager kept shouting at everyone and that waitress was very rude. she wouldn't even let us have a cup of water until she matched us up with our receipt. She got rude about refilling water glasses, and accused some family members of not paying for their child and kept threatening them to call the police on said "7 year old child" who wasn't paid for...the family member insisted the kid was 9 and showed where they had paid for a 9 year old, but they wouldn't listen. then after all the rudeness, the waitress brought trays around and put them on the table and matter of factly put her finger down on that tray, pointing and saying "you put tip here" and when she came back and no one had put their tip down she got even ruder and did it again " you put tip here:" this was not done in an informative matter, but rather in a bossy, you WILL put your tip here...I was absolutely appalled at the way that we were treated, and I would NEVER take my family there again.

on sunday 3/22/15 my family of approximately 20 had reservations at 12:30 we arrived and were seated by 12:45 we were enjoying our food and visiting with each other. at 1:35 we were told we had to be done eating and leave in 10 minutes most of us hadnt finished eating, or had desserts. we were not the only family that was told this. we spent over $ 220.oo .my family all agreed we were treated very rudely and will never eat there again. my family goes to a restaurant 1 time a month and enjoy family time guess we will look for another place to dine where we will be allowed to eat and visit.
