Waiter was new but friendly. He took our drink order and after 20 minutes we had to find where our drinks were. He said he could not find anyone at the bar to get the drinks! Dinner was slow and wanted more breadsticks-he said there was no one to put breadsticks in the oven so he would try to find someone! When we complained the manager shuffled over and in a monotone voice said "I am sorry you are having a crummy experience and we will take 25% off". We interrupted her saying we are not having a crummy experience with the waiter, just slow service because floor is not being managed but she shuffled away mid explanation to go back and sit in a booth with her friends as she had been all night. Only 8 parties in the place on a random weds night. Did not even ask how the meal was. Support your workers-that is what a manger does-our waiter was doing the best he could given the circumstances.
