I have been going to the Villa Roma with a friend regularly for years, and always enjoyed our experience. Last night however we had a 6:00 reservation and were never treated so rudely by one of the owner/ managers, not sure of her position, in my years of going to restaurants. Our waitress was lovely and attentive and we ordered quickly, appetizers, salads and two drinks each. It took longer than I expected to get our dinners, but that was okay, because we had other things to eat and drink. We wanted to order dessert, when this women came and said we had to hurry up as she had another reservation waiting. She was nasty and rude, and made us so uncomfortable. It was 7:30 at that point. She said she had already given us an extra 1/2 hour!! She was nasty! I'm so sad about it as I don't think I can go there any more. We tipped the waitress well, as she was good, but left with a sour experience.
