am writing this review just based solely on customer service because I haven't received my meal yet which is so so poor, I work in the industry as well and to hear someone speak to me in that manner on the phone I do understand what it's like , but no matter the day I am having as soon as I have to interact with a customer I am total different person like nothing happens, because, whoever on the outside never knows what kind of day I am having so I will be nice to them as long as I am on the clock especially if the person is really cool. So I was on the phone placing an order I didn't understand the menu clearly the guy figured that out which he didn't intend to slow down and the explain the menu. He was like go "take a menu and read it and call back". I was here at 2:20 only customer so how stressful busy was it? For him not to be patient with a single customer?
Finally I read the menu called back and ordered and I was still confused on how to get a side of fried rice, all he had to say we don't serve a side of fried rice, that's what caused so much attitude. Finally order was complete, "the card number!" Me still confused for just a second though, oh I think he is talking about my credit card with telling me my total that I am going to be charged. So Mr whoever I want to apologize to you for making your day a living hell just to order some food for my family.
