We usually order a sirloin and it's always good but yesterday we thought we would splurge so I tried the New York Strip which is my favorite cut. The one they offer is a bone-in. This was the worse steak I have ever had. It was tough and full of fat. I ordered medium rare and it was rare. I took the majority of this home to my dogs. Also, the loaded baked potato. A smidgen of onion and bacon bits does not constitute, in my opinion, loaded. I will stick with the sirloin in all my future visits.
