I used to come here all the time because I liked their coffee, but I got tired of their rude service. The only time I ever come is when I have a gift card. One time I came to Dunkin Donuts, the guy who took my order was not wearing gloves and was wiping his nose before proceeding to bag up my donut. I would definitely rather go to Starbucks for the money I spend here.

This is not the first time an employee has been rude to me at this location but this time around I ordered an iced coffee and classic glazed donuts and was asked to repeat my order so I did"¦ the person over the intercom then yelled "WHAT KIND OF DONUTS" in an extremely rude way. I asked if they were serious and if that's how they speak to all the customers when the worker over the intercom said" NEXT LEAVE NOW!! So I pull forward to ask for a manager and it turns out the person who was taking my order was the owner of the business lol. He and one of the employees where auguring on who got to tell me to leave so I asked for the number to corporate or who I need to call about this situation. I was told "You can call a state representative or the governor I don't care now LEAVE. And then he shut the window on me and walked away. I'm never a Karen in situations like this and minor stuff doesn't really bug me but this guy was way over the top and extremely rude.
