i eat there all the time steak sandwich is great and if you order 2 sides instead of one and skip the pop well then thats what u get but you figured that out huh ..lmbo and for the $5 for nuggets you were charged $1.50 cents for 6 nuggets i get them for my kid all the time and share my extra side....sorry u are having a bad day but to attack my fav place over inflate the prices is unfair

Would have been better throwing $15 out the window.

Visited this place for lunch. Ordered at the drive through window the Jumbo steak sandwich/wedges and kids meal with chicken nuggets. Paid roughly $15. Guy hands me the food and I ask him for the drinks (he's never even asked me what I wanted) I get told that the meals don't come with drinks. Now maybe this guy should visit the drive thru every once in awhile because I kid you not his face is level and about 1 inch away from the sign advertising the "Jumbo steak sandwich with 1 side and a 16 oz drink for $10". Are you kidding me? Anyway, he said I would have to pay for drinks and I just decided it wasn't worth the fight.

Got home to find that my "steak sandwich" was cold and raw. Now I am a rare steak eater so to gross me out the steak has to be really undercooked. Kid you not, the meat was still purple red and so full of gristle that I only got two bites. Then I unsuccessful tried to cut it with a steak knife only to find that there was nothing edible in this $10 piece of meat. I fed it to my dog.

My daughter opened up her meal to find 4 microwaved chicken bites (couldn't even be called a nugget) and no wedges. So for $5, I paid $1.25 per chicken bite, never got the wedges, never got the pop. I tried to call Zippy's for 30 minutes and couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. Guess they must have been busy (Yeah right).

I am a proud resident of Cedar Falls and try to support small business whenever possible but I will never offer my support or money to Zippy's again. What a rip off.
