The Tex-Mex food at this new Carlos O Kelly's location is reasonably priced and delicious. The service is quick and friendly, with the waitress bringing out tasty chips, salsa, and queso promptly. The margaritas are strong, and the overall dining experience is enjoyable, reminiscent of a favorite spot back in California.
