Three different nights this week I went to KFC in Marion. Something is dreadfully wrong. The first night Friday, April 16th, I waited in a 14 car line for half an hour and still wasn't at the order microphone. I wriggled around and left the line. I went to Zio's and got served in 10 minutes. I think they ran out of chicken and didn't know what to do. The next day I thought I would try them again and went back. I waited for another half hour in a 10 car line and never made it to the mic. There appeared to be a lot of milling around inside the drive-through window. They had plenty of help. One person handed the food to a person at the register who rung it up and handed it to a girl at the window who handed it to the customer. They did a lot of visiting and not much action. I went back the next night and asked for two thighs and coleslaw. I got two fries and coleslaw. I give up. There is very poor management, poor training or just a lazy attitude at that location. I can't believe they ran out of chicken three nights in a row and made people wait while they cooked. The next night I went to the location on Center Point Road and was served immediately and pleasantly. They only have 3 employees at that location doing it all. I counted at least 5 at the Marion store each time I went. I kept going back because I was astounded that a business could be run so poorly. It wasn't always that way. I gave them every chance and now I am finished. I will get over my yearning for chicken and stick to Pizza. They really need more training and supervision at that location.

I live 40 miles away and for the second time in two weeks. They screwed up my order. I ordered 2. 5 dollar meals with 2 extra sides of coleslaw. Guess what. No coleslaw. And my one meal had one breast. That was all. And you guys want a salary increase!!!!!
