Last weekend, I had the pork loin taco stuffed with chorizo and wrapped in bacon, accompanied by pineapple salsa, and it was quite delicious. The BBQ nachos were impressive as well, with a wonderful mix of hot sauces that I can't stop thinking about. I've also enjoyed the Italian beef, which has a unique smoky flavor, and I appreciate the vibrant design of the food truck.
