11/26/2020 - Not Accommodating to People with Dietary Restrictions
We reserved a table for Thanksgiving because their menu had a vegan item. The day of, we learned that the vegan item was not on the special Thanksgiving menu that was not posted at the time of our booking. We called the morning of the reservation, and asked if that vegan item or anything, even a salad, could be prepared for our vegan. They adamantly refused to do this. They wouldn't even put together a salad. We have been to many restaurants that have accommodated our dietary needs. The fact that this restaurant was so unwilling to help us was upsetting to say the least. This day and age, restaurants need to accommodate allergies and dietary needs. Anyone refusing to do this is behind the times and exhibits terrible customer service.
