As someone who typically enjoys tea and coffee casually, I don't always grasp the nuances of various roasts and blends. Sage Marie's Ethiopia mix completely shifted my perspective with its smooth, rich, and aromatic qualities. I have yet to discover a comparable blend at any local coffee shops.
