Quickly is my go-to for bubble tea; I've been a fan for over five years and it's worth the drive for me. Their app for earning free drinks is a nice bonus, and the staff is always friendly and efficient. I love the variety of flavors, and the Taro Snow Tea with coffee jelly is my favorite, but honestly, everything I've tried has been great!
