Never going here again!! Extremely rude staff!! Sat at the bar for 5 minutes while 2 female bar staff hugged and made out behind the counter before even acknowledging I was there. Ordered a beer, then was asked if I was eating. When I said no, she refused me service and asked me for a passport. Absolutely the worst I've ever been treated in my 5 years of flying weekly through Charlotte Airport!!! Clean up your staff!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!!!
