I have been to this establishment on three different occasions and i've been disappointed with the customer service each time. The first two times were from the employees/waitresses with nasty attitudes, I witnessed the manager be rude with other customers but we thought maybe she was just stressed from the work load but today I had to deal with the managers disrespectful attitude on another level. My whole table had nothing to drink since we sat down and got the first round of drinks, the manager was advised and still did not proceed to bring us our drinks and served and sat other customers as we all sat there thirsty watching, 45 minutes later when I mentioned it again after everyone had all their food she had a attitude because I was a missioning it again and tried to cut me off from talking and said I'm going to get your waiter as she walked off so I walked beside her and asked that she please hear me out and what I had to say about the dissatisfaction, she then rolled her eyes and walked off from me. Everyone at the table sitting with me and my party got up and left after witnessing the disrespect, and a couple other families left as well. Everyone was in agreement of the dissatisfaction and rude/ horrible customer service. Mind you this was our third time giving them a chance because the food is good and the cooks are really nice and talented, but this was the last straw. We will not be back and I do not recommend you to ever try this place unless they have new management and employees. I wish I could leave a 0 star but it made me at least leave one.
