the Blue Plate restaurant great for hanging out having a drink with friends great view of the Tennessee River lots of space outside but if you are hungry I suggest you eat before you go as 45 minutes should be your minimum wait time.Chattanooga this is a beautiful city lots of friendly people and you won't be able to do the food
