I think there is no restaurant in the world that is quite like La Cabriole of Chattanooga. It seems like a restaurant in the countryside of France and it is located only about 10 minutes outside of Chattanooga. It also is completely different from any French restaurant that I have seen in France and it is really different from any French restaurant that I have seen in the United States or any other country. When we arrived at La Cabriole in our car, the owner of La Cabriole came out to the front porch of the restaurant to greet us and then she cooked the food herself, brought the food to the table herself, and while we were eating desert she sat with us for a while and told us stories about her life. A really special and unique restaurant of Chattanooga.
