I was in Shogun last night for my son's birthday.My family has been many times over the last several years and I have to say I was completely disappointed last night.I have noticed that the portions have been getting smaller at lunch and the prices higher but usually at dinner you get a larger portion because Lord knows you pay for it. Last night our dinner portions were the same size(maybe smaller)as a lunch portion only 60% more expensive! To my way of thinking that's really bad customer service. I can tell you that I will NEVER be back at dinner again. I think Shogun needs to keep in mind that you have more competition than you use to and people will go where it is affordable and they are taken care of...Sincerely, A Very Disgruntled Customer...

Chefs are very entertaining and prepare the food if the servers can get it right. Servers are outrageously slow and can disappear at the drop of a hat. Manager doesn't care .
