I dined here may 18th and ordered the 6 oz sirloin steak with grilled shrimp. the steak was absolutely the toughest steak ive ever gotten at a very nice steak house. I barely could cut the thing and chewing was a different issue. the Longhorn should be above this. p.s. I had the exact same experience about a year ago but I didn't give a review because I thought maybe it was isolated issue. I'm not going back to any Longhorn
