The customer service at Gina's Hot Dogs & Beef left a lasting impression on me during my visit. My friends and I, who are part of a weekly "Hot Dog Club," thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food, especially the fresh-cut fries and Italian ice, which were exceptional. The friendly staff, including Ralph, made the experience even better, ensuring that each visit feels welcoming and enjoyable.

Always loved you fries and fish sandwich and other items until a few weeks ago. I got what the menu said was Italian beef but was a deep fried bredded something and was burned.my fries were burned threw them out all for 16 dollars. Don't want to be rude or mean just thought you would like to know not only myself that's dissapointed with the food lately. Lot of people I talk to are also. Hope all returns to previous quality as it was good
