This harold's chicken customer service is horrible!!! The lady working the front register is completely nasty! Rude! And she's completely out of order. Being African-American you'd expect some courtesy behavior. I'm a United States Marine and was treated like straight garbage!! The food was good/ cooks attitude was humble but the young lady is an evil person. She seems to be in her late 50's/ early 60's to old to be acting Wyeth such a ghetto nasty attitude.

Only reason why this Harold's Chicken Shack is still in business is because it is the only one in Aurora. They are the most rudest people ever, especially the guy that, I'm assuming owns the place. The few times that I have decided to visit he has never changed. (RUDE) as much as I Love Harold's Chicken, I can wait until I visit the City or another nearby suburb that has one. I can't even comment on the food because the attitude over shadows. #never again

Don't support these people. They should not have the name Harold's Chicken . They are rude and the place smells ! And on top of that the food isn't good not worthy of the name .

food was good except chicken liver overcooked,employees very friendly,need a change in management called to complain about sauce on chicken which i asked to put on side talked to manager and she was very very rude almost bit my head off and then hung the phone up after really not listening to my complaint
