I absolutely love the Mexican food at this place, especially the crispy and flaky chips that are always a hit. The service is consistently good, and the portion sizes are generous, making it a great value for the money. The ambiance is calm and relaxed, and I always enjoy dining here with friends and family.

Went there for lunch usually love this place food is delicious but the server holly was awful so bad you don't want to stay. I was not ready to order my food she was visibly mad walked off. Did not come back to our table for 20 mins no service. She was purposely ignoring us. This was not my first impression on her she always has a bad attitude. We just left. The food and atmosphere is great server holly is awful!!!' Get a better attitude

Love this place best tacos in town and love it that they have mask choice and don't police people as they walk in without a mask. For those customers who are upset about mask choice, there's always curb side pick up for you! Thank you to the Mexican paradise staff who serve amazing food and stand for freedom!

I'm sorry, but they must have an older gentleman, like the type that wears jorts, cooking for them. The salsa had no juice whatsoever, the horchata tasted like they used coconut milk, and the steak was not seasoned or marinated at all. Over priced as well. Do not recommend.

Really enjoy the food but masks need to more enforced for dine in customers. Could have just been circumstances but a few people came in very leisurely without a mask and nothing was said to them about expectations.

I went for the 1st time since moving back to Illinois and was pleasantly surprised by this treasure in Antioch. The food was very tasty, reasonably priced and the staff were very attentive. Will definitely be going back when I crave authentic Mexican food!

Mixed reaction. The tacos were a four star and burritos were a two star. Drinks were great but wait was long. Hmm... Hopefully better next time.

I received very dry and bland chicken on my taco. The overall meal of three tacos with rice and beans had complete lack of seasoning. My boyfriends plate was just as disappointing. I wouldnt recommend this restaurant.

I've tried the food twice,ive sat in and ate with my husband,the service was awful ,I ordered the Chille Rellenos which were flooded with grease,and rice and beans were very bland ,thats when they first opened so thought I would try again,we ordered 2 steak taco meals with everything and even asked for extra CILANTRO,get home it was so dry ,no salsa no CILANTRO,so I called I would of went back to get some salsa ,the guy says were closed and hung up ! Never again,so we went to taco Bell sad and expensive!

I'm not sure how long ago Eva ate at Mexican Paradise because she described their old location (just a couple tables) but based on the date of her review, they had already been in their new larger, full service restaurant for over six months. The service has always been good for us, although it is better in the new building since they have dedicated waitstaff. The old location was more of a hole in the wall place where the cashier also served food, bused tables and did some of the cooking. Drinks were self serve after the first round.

The food is good, the people are friendly and the we are always satisfied. Since moving to the new spot just a few blocks up the road, things have only improved.

Service is awful!!!! Don't expect to get your food fast or refills.. Waited forever!!! Our server didn't even come to table to offer more drinks.. We arrived and there was only 2 other tables there. You would think they would service you better since they weren't too busy but nope!!! When I order an appetizer apparently they didn't even have it.. Mmm then why is it still on the menu. Plus, if you call yourself a Mexican restaurant then maybe you should have more Mexican drinks like a Michelada..The food was ok. I don't think I will ever go back there!!!
